Middle Eastern Tapas workshop

End the week with a wonderfully relaxed Middle Eastern Tapas workshop; or: Mezze. This versatile kitchen with roots from Lebanon, but also Greece, forms the basis of the delicious dishes you will make on Friday evening. Hummus, falafel, pita, kofta... Bring the sun to the table!
You are busy in the kitchen for about 1.5 hours. Each makes a dish; or maybe two and serve it on the table with the rest. And enjoy the meal together. The recipes will be in Dutch and English; so be welcome!
