Are you 65+ and ready for a fun challenge where you get moving together and maybe even break a world record?

Join in, have fun and make history at the largest 65+ musical chairs event ever. The Market Square transforms into a single playing field for a unique world record attempt involving 1,200 enthusiastic participants aged 65 and over.

Music on, walk around… and when the music stops: take a seat! Taking part is what it’s all about, but you’re just as welcome to cheer others on or watch it up close.

Ina Koolhaas, a six-time world champion in powerlifting and expert in active ageing, leads an energising group warm-up. She will also launch her new Powerplan, a programme that helps seniors move with more strength, stability and confidence.
