Connecting Hilversum Media Park railway station to Media Park is a remarkable pedestrian walkway: the Traverse Hilversum, designed by MVSA Meyer en Van Schooten Architecten. Known locally as the Kijkbuis (Viewing Tube), this aluminium tunnel features wave-like perforations reminiscent of frequency waves. With its wooden flooring and a window resembling a television test pattern, the Traverse Hilversum is a striking piece of public art.
