Language Walk

During the Language Walk you get to know new people and discover Hilversum in an easy, relaxed way. Language learners and Dutch-speaking locals walk together and chat along the route. You practise the language while moving through the neighbourhood and paying attention to everything around you. Language cards and small tasks help you use new words in real situations, such as asking a question in a shop or reading signs in the street. The walk lasts about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the group’s pace. Afterwards you enjoy a drink together and briefly reflect on what you learned. It’s a friendly, accessible way to practise Dutch and connect with others.
