The smoker will be working at full capacity for this special edition of Sunday Roast & Toast. A whole salmon and a whole leg of lamb are slow-cooked for hours before being served as they are meant to be enjoyed: whole, shared and gathered around together. Relaxed, informal and all about good food and good company.
Join anytime between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM for a long summer afternoon among the vines. No assigned seating, no rushed dining slots — just plenty of time to settle in, share a meal and enjoy a glass of wine.

This edition is all about appreciating the product in its entirety. Rather than serving individual portions, a whole fish and a whole leg of lamb take centre stage. It's an approach rooted in respect for the ingredients, mindful consumption and reducing waste. A meal designed to be shared, enjoyed and experienced together.
