De Keuken van Hilversum

During De Keuken van Hilversum, it’s all about connection and flavour. Discover the tastes of no fewer than ten different cuisines and sample dishes from Turkish, Indonesian, Brazilian, and Ukrainian traditions, among others. Every dish is lovingly prepared by locals, happy to share their culture and culinary skills. It’s a unique chance to get to know each other and enjoy a world of flavours together.
Between tastings, there’s also plenty of music to enjoy. Be surprised by live performances from singer Jacqueline Jonkers, known from The Soul Sisters and Dinnershow Grandeur, and the British-Dutch artist Equivocal, who blends poetry, jazz, and social commentary into powerful songs.
You’ll also get a sneak preview from pianists Denise Lutgens and Jean Dubé, three cellists from the Metropole Orkest, and the energetic percussion band DrumDrumDrum.
