What happens when a lockdown suddenly forces you to move back in with your ex? In F.L.Y., that’s exactly what happens to Max and Rafael, five years after their relationship ended. Old feelings begin to resurface, even though their lives have since taken very different paths.

Max is in a new relationship, while Rafael is trying to build a life for himself in Los Angeles and pursue his dream of becoming a drag superstar. Going into quarantine together is anything but easy. Awkward situations and humour gradually give way to honest conversations about love, identity and expectations. Can you learn to see each other in a new light when you first dare to be honest with yourself?

F.L.Y. is a warm and personal film about self-acceptance, self-love and the idea that love doesn’t have to fit into one fixed mould.
