Kids city walk Hilversum
until 4 May
It's great for children to discover their hometown through stories. Now with the 600th anniversary of Hilversum, former teacher Saskia de Groot has developed a special short walk. 600 years - 60 minutes - 6 stories.
This short walking tour consists of 6 stories seen through the eyes of, for example, the Canadian soldier who helped liberate Hilversum after the Second World War, a boy from a weaver's family, the Erfgooier farmer, etc.
The tour starts at the Gooische Brink. Here you can view the (free) exhibition 'Sheep, steam tram and Painting'. Then you will learn even more about the history of Hilversum.
There is also an English kids walk. This starts at 1:30 PM from the Gooische Brink
