Since opening in 2022, Annebel and Thomas have turned Nori & Rice into one of the most exciting sushi spots in Hilversum and the surrounding area. It’s no surprise they were named Hilversum Business of the Year 2024.
This is sushi with a twist. You won’t find standard rolls here, but bold combinations inspired by flavours from around the world. Everything is served in an informal bistro-style setting where you instantly feel at ease.
