JazzMatrazz

De Vioolkist, March 1

After last year’s successful edition, Hans Dulfer returns to De Vioolkist for JazzMatrazz. Joined by his band Total Response, he’s once again lighting up festivals and venues across the Netherlands. It’s set to be another standout night. The trusted house band Misty Field will be on hand as well, with several jam sessions rounding out the evening.

Friday's Pizza & Wine

Zonnestraal Vineyard, March 6

A lovely Friday night with artisanal pizzas from Mrs. Italy, locally produced wine and a laid-back atmosphere at the vineyard. Sounds good, right? Settle into comfortable lounge chairs or take a seat at one of the long tables. Perfect for enjoying time together and easing into the weekend.

Light By The Sea

De Vorstin, March 7

With an impressive tribute to The Cranberries, the band Light By The Sea will perform at De Vorstin. The evening celebrates the life of their late frontwoman Dolores O’Riordan, who passed away in 2018, as well as the 25th anniversary of the band’s legendary Paris concert. Expect a powerful 90-minute tribute packed with iconic songs like Zombie, Dreams, Linger, and many other classics.

Rainbow Night

Filmtheater Hilversum, March 16

Every third Monday of the month, Filmtheater Hilversum presents a new queer film during Rainbow Night. This month, the Spanish-language comedy Who Wants to Marry an Astronaut? is on the programme.

David has dreamed of getting married his whole life. His boyfriend Quique, his partner of fifteen years, doesn’t share that dream. To give his longing a place, David comes up with what seems like a harmless idea: a fake wedding in Las Vegas. But what starts as a joke begins to mean something entirely different when Esteban gets involved.
